This is a little to-do list/motivation/happiness printable. It's a weekly planner, shopping list and two sections to remind us of those things we are grateful for...in our lives and within ourselves. Sometimes we get so caught up in the chaos of life, we often forget what it's all about. Sometimes we get discouraged when we can't manage to check all of those little things off our to-do list and we need to remind ourselves what amazing people we are!
I really like this! I keep telling myself I wouldn't let any one else talk to me the way I talk to myself. It's so hard for me to be positive though sometimes. I think it's genetic :)
